Database and Administration Officer Monash Partners; located within Monash Health MMC Clayton Campus
Monash Partners Academic Health Science Centre is a collaboration between clinical care providers and health research institutes and accrediated by NHMRC in 2015 as an Advanced Health Research Translation Centre.
Established in 2011, founding members are The Alfred, Monash health, Epworth, Cabrini health, Monash University, Baker, Burnett and Hudson Institutes of Medical Research. In September 2016 Peninsula and Eastern Health joined Monash Partners extending its coverage to 3.5M Australians (15% population) Monash Partners purpose is to 'connect researchers, clinicians and the community to innovate for better health'
This role wll be under direct supervision from Monash Partners COO and will be responsible for the supervision of the CRM and ensure the smooth running of the members contact database. The position will provide additional administration support to other members of the team. As an important point of contact for Monash Partners, the Database and Adminstration Officer will have a friendly and professional approach with all callers, vistors and members of staff.
The role include general administration, event administration, datasbase support with demonstrated experience in a similar administration role which required a diverse range of adminstrative and database support skills.
