Job Description

Court Services Victoria (CSV) is a public entity established by the Court Services Victoria Act 2014 to provide expert administrative support to Victoria's courts as well as the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).

VCAT is a tribunal that hears and decides civil and administrative legal cases in the State of Victoria, Australia. Established in 1998, we are the busiest tribunal in Australia. We finalise more than 85,000 cases a year – mostly disputes – at over 46 venues across Victoria. We serve the community by resolving disputes and making decisions in a timely, cost effective and efficient way.

VCAT is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our specialist Listings team to fill the exciting role of Listings Coordinator.

The Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for management of hearings within a delegated List or Division of VCAT. Working within a dynamic team, the successful applicant will assist the Listings Manager in managing and procuring the Tribunal's resources to ensure efficient case-flow of matters.

As a Listings Coordinator, the successful applicant will be required to establish strong and effective working relationships with VCAT Members, Managers and colleagues from across VCAT Operations.
