In pursuit of substantial opportunity to capitalise on a growing and changing telecommunications market, Nexium Telecommunications, a subsidiary of Energy Queensland Limited (EQL), is seeking applications from talented professionals to join the team as a Service Delivery Manager.
The Service Delivery Manager adopts a program approach and accepts overall responsibility for fulfilment of Nexium’s service delivery commitments, from reviewing design and/or installation of any required new or updated networks, through to the management of Nexium’s internal stakeholders and external supplier engagement/ management and post-sales support. The role ensures that services are provided according to customer requirements, to the customer’s satisfaction, as detailed in negotiated contracts, and delivered within approved financial budgets.
While Nexium operates predominately out of EQL’s Newstead (Brisbane) office, the successful candidate may be located at any major EQL location in Queensland, accompanied with a requirement to travel intrastate and interstate as necessary. This opportunity is suited towards people who demonstrate high standards of professional leadership, technical and commercial acumen, and an ability to contribute as a part of team providing high standards of customer service in the delivery of quality telecommunications services across a competitive market.
