Workplace Location
Our Regis Brighton facility is a 65 bed Club Services facility that offers hotel-style services. Located in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs and with public transport close by, the facility is located 6 minutes from the local beach, contributing to a relaxing work environment
About the role
We currently have a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills to work at our Regis Brighton facility on a full time basis, working Monday to Friday. The Office Coordinator position is a key role within the frontline management team within the facility.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of staff personnel files
  • Maintaining training records
  • Supporting staff rostering
  • Various administrative tasks
Skills & Experience
  • Administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Microsoft office suite and competent with use of internal systems
  • Well developed interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Reliability, and a well organised approach
  • Forward-thinking ability
