Being a QantasLink Customer Service Officer means that you will be representing the company in a professional manner whilst working alongside team members to ensure we are providing an exceptional customer experience for our passengers. This will include; meeting and greeting passengers, boarding and disembarking flights, assisting our special needs passengers, marshaling in aircraft, problem solving, caring for our unaccompanied minors and providing information for our passengers.


You’ll have –

  • The ability to work a 7 day rotational shift roster covering a range of hours
  • A passion for customer service with a proactive 'can do' positive attitude
  • Demonstrated face to face customer service experience, with the ability to anticipate the needs of the customer
  • A proven ability to manage and diffuse difficult situations, and strong listening skills
  • Well-developed problem solving skills and the ability to follow through to resolution
  • Strong verbal communication skills within a high volume, demanding, ever changing environment
  • The ability to work both in a team environment and independently, ideally in a fast paced operational environment
  • Compassion and empathy for special needs customers and an exceptional standard of personal presentation
