Working within the Technical Marketing team the Applications Chemist’s focus will be in the laboratory and being hands on with atomic spectroscopic instruments, writing application notes and papers. We are seeking a chemist with extensive experience and knowledge in ICP-OES, including various sample preparation methods, application method development, instrument operation and data analysis.
Some key responsibilities comprise:
- Providing specialist applications and technical support.
- Generating new applications, technical data and proof of instrument performance.
- Writing application notes and other technical briefs.
- Laboratory-based applications work including instrumentation and wet chemistry.
