Records Officer Jobs Vacancy in Parramatta City Council Parramatta Jobs Details:

An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Records Officer who will enjoy working in a busy Business Information Services team. The role includes being innovative, problem solving and working as part of a team to support the management of information across Council.

The position requires that all Council correspondence is registered into the official Electronic Document Record Management System (EDRMS) TRIM and electronically distributed to appropriate staff for action.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to work in a busy team providing diverse services and contribute to the continual improvement of customer service and have good attention to detail. The successful applicant will be experienced in document classification and indexing using an electronic information management system.
