One of our large financial services clients are looking for 2 x Senior Change Managers.

The role is based in southern suburbs of Sydney.

It is a 12 month fixed term contract role offering a salary package of $150-$155K including Super.

Expertise:
Five to ten years' experience delivering organisation change in a corporate and/or matrix environment

Five + years' experience managing senior stakeholders, vendors, finances and delivering to project management methodologies

Knowledge and proven track record in managing end-to-end technology directed change , including in a multi-supplier environment, and particularly in relation to changes to technology infrastructure operating models will be well regarded.

Track record of successfully overseeing change including:
Commercial acumen

Risk management and governance

Educating and influencing

Knowledge of necessary methodologies, tools and processes

Up to date knowledge of relevant financial regulatory and legal requirements

Financial services industry experience desirable

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Proven capability in people management

Education:
Qualifications in Business or related discipline or equivalent experience

Qualifications in Change Management (e.g. Postgraduate certificate in Change Management, PROSCI, Degree in related field such as Business, Psychology or HR, or equivalent industry experience)
