This position is located in: Perth
APM is a leading Australian-owned international human services organisation delivering employment, injury management/ vocational rehabilitation, assessment, allied health intervention and community care (aged care and disability care) services. We ensures the right support is in place for people to return to work, or better engage with their community, no matter what the circumstances.
We currently have a full time Administration position available to support the Employment Fund and the Parents Next programs. This role will be based in one of our convenient Perth locations and provide National support to the organisation’s Employment Services team.
A day in the life of a National Employment Fund Administrator
Manage and process expenditures including purchase orders & credit cards
Assist staff to purchase goods and services and reconcile payments
Adhere to Employment Fund purchasing procedures
What we need from you
Confidence in liaising with various stakeholders
Financial background desirable
Excellent Excel skills
Attention to detail
Interpret the jobactive Department Guidelines
Strong administration skills
Ability to reprioritise work load throughout the day
Experience working in the jobactive contract preferred but not essential
