Currently we have an excellent opportunity for a Accounts Officer to join our Corporate team based in Herdsman.

This will be a part time position working 4 days per week or 30.4 hours per week.

About the role

Reporting to the Financial Controller this role will see you conducting Accounts Payable and Accounts Administration duties within the finance team.

Key tasks will include:

  • Process purchase orders and jobseeker reimbursement claims through to accounts payable for payment
  • Liaison with relevant internal stakeholders regarding enquiries and claims processes
  • Ensure all data is accurate and maintained as per service agreement and compliance procedures
  • General Accounts Administration as required
  • Assisting the wider Finance Team with adhoc accounts duties as required

About you

You will be an experienced Finance Officer with excellent knowledge of Accounts Payable process along with:

  • Experience working within Employment Services - Highly regarded
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work within a deadline driven environment;
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work proactively
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and;
  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft office and software programs
  • Successful applicant will be required to produce a satisfactory Police Clearance
