About the Role:
This position is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Traffic and Transport Services Unit. On a daily basis you will review incoming correspondence, draft replies based on standard paragraphs and prepare customised responses, use Council’s document management software to maintain records, answer telephone enquiries and assist in the preparation of Parramatta Traffic Committee reports.
This is a Temporary Full-Time opportunity.
About the Person :
The successful candidate should have previous experience Certificate in Business Administration plus 5 years work experience OR 5-10 years of experience in Business Administration and Customer Service plus a Class C drivers license . Applicants should have highly developed written communication skills and experience drafting letters, memorandums, and reports.
