We are seeking a new addition to our Administration Office team for the Department of Nephrology's office located at MMC Clayton.
About the role
This role will assist with a range of administration functions in the main nephrology office with supervision from the office manager/EA to the head of the unit. The role calls for excellent administrative, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. This is a complex, fast-paced role, and would suit someone who has a mature and calm nature, proven initiative, strong computer skills, a solid work ethic, excellent communication skills and strong problem solving skills.
You are able to work well with a diverse group of staff and members of the public, and have a highly developed sense of attention to detail. You consistently provide administrative support in a professional and timely manner, and to a high standard.
