The role
The Team Assistant provides a professional level of administrative and analytical support in managing the operational and administrative aspects of the NSW State Lending team. As Team Assistant, you will work closely with the State Manager, Home Lending and be based in Kent Street Sydney.

The person
You are self-motivated and enjoy working at times autonomously as part of a strong support team. You will also have highly developed communication skills as you will be a key liaison point with business stakeholders. You think outside the box and find new and innovative ways to problem solve. Understanding of the Retail network is desirable but not essential.

Advanced Microsoft office applications across Word, Excel and PPT are a necessity. So too, an ability to work on multiple initiatives at once, from high-level strategic pieces to tactical components, and at varying stages of progress from raw ideas to refined pieces.

You are self-driven with rigorous attention to detail and have a passion for delivering great customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • High quality administrative assistance to the State Manager, Home Lending
  • Action collation from 1:1 meetings with RGMs and LAMs
  • Updating Saturday trading numbers, XRO numbers, actual draw down numbers
  • Preparing the monthly forecast
  • Coordinate and support any meeting/ events for lending
  • Leave management
  • HR and recruitment assistance, utilising WBC systems for vacancies, team changes, new hires and transfers
  • Letters of offer and on boarding
  • View of FTE weekly, managing proactively
  • Diary and email management
  • Travel and accommodation management
  • Management of Metro NSW lending expenses
  • Understanding and collation of risk measures for the business
  • Adhoc project based work and general administrative duties
