As the Assistant Commissioner, Infrastructure Services, you will provide expertise in relation to the delivery of a broad range of critical IT services via an augmented internal and externally outsourced delivery model.
You will support the Enterprise Solutions and Technology (EST) Executive in achieving the EST Strategy, aligned to the ATO 2024 vision, whilst ensuring mission critical 24 x 7 IT services operationally support the delivery of the digital ecosystem to the Australian Tax Community and internal business functions.
To achieve this you will possess contemporary leadership skills to lead a collaborative organisation that provides both clear career opportunities to ATO staff, whilst holding external partners to uplifted levels of accountability managing a hybrid legacy and modern infrastructure stack.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders and suppliers, you will anticipate requirements and ensure operational services remain fit for purpose into the future through transformation and continuous improvement.
This role may be offered as either an ongoing or non-ongoing opportunity, full-time or part-time in the following locations: Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
You must be an Australian citizen to work for the ATO and agree to pre-engagement integrity checks and security clearance to the level of Baseline.
We offer a competitive remuneration package (including allowances and superannuation) in the range of $226,842 to $262,436 per annum, depending on experience.
