Join us as a Food & Beverage Attendant in our Banquets team at InterContinental Sydney Double Bay located in Sydney’s exclusive leafy green Eastern Suburbs. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can join our Food & Beverage team to further build on their experience.
The Conference & Events facilities consists of more than a dozen stylish spaces, the latest audio visual equipment, delicious cuisine and personalised five-star service delivering memorable conferences and functions. In this role, you will be involved in the set up & service for conferences, events & functions both corporate & leisure as organised by the Sales & Marketing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has previous Food & Beverage experience in a Banquet, Events, Conferencing or Functions environment.
Ideally, you’ll have food and beverage/service role experience in a luxury environment. To be successful in this role you'll be a motivated, positive person with excellent interpersonal skills. You'll have a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and availability to work across a seven day rotating roster with a range of different hours of work & shifts each week. You will be able to follow safe work practices and know how to carry out duties in a quick and efficient manner, while using your passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
