Based in our new production facility in Pemulwuy/Greystanes, you will be reporting to our Site Manager. You will be tasked with managing all stock and creating thorough and efficient processes.
Requires a manager who is a peoples person and analytically sharp
Own and deliver against KPI’s, mainly weekly stock usage, Impairments, FIFO, and expired stock management.
Making sure the right stock is in the right place at the right time
Help maintain the stock management system recently introduced into the business
Manage a team of 15-20 including warehouse officers, forklift drivers
Manage the Inbound and Dispatch team and the key stakeholder in managing Chep, other pallets and crates stock movements
Maintain and improve processes for returns and waste
Liaise and communicate with the procurement, finance and internal management team with a high degree of response rate
Seek to continually improve processes and identify areas of potential weaknesses
Inspire the inventory team to care about our customers, brand and products
4+ years relevant experience
Experience working in an FMCG environment
Confident working in an autonomous role
Creative, solutions focused and excited by a challenge
Extremely Computer literate (Google sheets, Strong Excel (pivot/v-look etc.), Warehouse management system) with excellent analytical skills
Strong organisational, communication and time management skills
Energy, enthusiasm, commitment and a can-do flexible attitude
Forklift license a bonus or be willing to get a forklift license
Great sense of humour
