About the role:
Serco is seeking to appoint an ITS Lead Solution Architect, who will be responsible for leading the final solution definition and development activities for a key business development opportunity within the ASPAC business.
The solution is based around a Salesforce CRM platform and it is essential that you have demonstrable experience designing and implementing a Salesforce integration project. Experience in call centre telephony integration will be a significant advantage.
The ITS Lead Solution Architect is part of the IT Services (ITS) function, reporting to the ITS Project Manager. You will deliver the required solution artefacts, cost models and presentations that define the solution as defined in submissions to the customer. You will work closely with Serco’s third party provider, Salesforce, on the core solution and interfaces into Serco and Customer systems.
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in senior solution leadership in delivering large and complex projects and transformation initiatives.
Experience working across the full project life cycle, from requirements analysis to BAU hand over and support, for significant sized projects and operations is required to be successful in this role.
- Lead the final stage of development, definition and design activities for the proposed solutions
- Manage the successful integration of design during the transition-in phase of a specific contract.
- Ensure all solution components are correctly specified and fit for purpose
- Ensure all solution components are aligned to the requirements and expectations of the customer and operational delivery colleagues.
- Degree qualified in Information Technology or a related discipline is mandatory.
- Relevant Security certifications are highly desirable
- Relevant IT certifications, such as ITIL, TOGAF, CISSP would be an advantage
- Ability to have Australian Police Fingerprint check and sign a Deed of Confidentiality
This is a new fixed term opportunity, for a 9 month contract ending February 2019 and is based in Melbourne.
