TELL ME ABOUT THE ROLE!
As the Program Coordinator at our Kew program you will have the autonomy to design, manage and lead a new OSHClub service and lead, develop and manage a team of educators. OSHClub value our community links with the school and wider community, so your role will allow you to network with the school, foster the relationship and community links with OSHClub and incorporate this into your programming. You will plan healthy eating menus and incorporate fun child driven programs based on both the interests and passions of children at your program and the strengths and skills of you and your team.
Ultimately, you are able to tailor each aspect of your service to engage and inspire the children attending your service. You will join a team of dedicated, passionate, welcoming and fun loving people who network and support each other as they have all come together to make a real difference in their communities.
We also provide internal training, professional development and several opportunities for those wanting to pursue careers within OSHClub across Australia!
We are currently seeking a Permanent Part Time Coordinator. The hours set out below will be workable across school terms, but the total weekly hours are also guaranteed across the School Holiday program .
The successful applicant will be available to work (Monday to Friday):
After School Care (2.30pm-6.00pm)
2 additional administration hours per week
School weeks only - have the holidays free!
The role is permanent part time, so only candidates with full availability will be considered

Diploma in Early Childhood Services (or equivalent); OR
Degree in Early Childhood Studies (or equivalent).
