Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, the Accounts Office Assistant – Fixed Assets will be responsible for maintaining a significant fixed assets portfolio whilst also providing general fixed asset advice to key stakeholders within the organisation. You will be involved in critical month end activities relating to fixed assets which include the reconciliation of accounts in the general ledger, executing the scheduled depreciation run for all assets for the month, and preparation of cost centre reports & financial commentary for Management.
