Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to co-ordinate, manage and schedule all branch and technical inductions, competencies and medicals for employees’ entry to customer sites, in line with Komatsu standards, polices and procedures.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Collate and maintain accurate medical, induction and competency records.
  • Liaise with technicians, service supervisors and management to ensure induction requirements for individuals are met in a timely manner and prior to expiration.
  • Understand and adhere to the various customer induction requirements.
  • Complete monthly reporting on competency and induction status and distribute to the relevant manager and supervisors.
  • Booking and updating medicals, competency and induction documentation into third party systems.
  • Distribute documentation to relevant personnel providing details of confirmed training dates.
  • Preparing associated purchase requisitions for suppliers to cover training and entering into SAP.
  • Enter all supplier invoices onto the Company’s accounting software, ensuring details match system raised purchase order.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
The successful candidate will possess a Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience and have a minimum of one (1) years’ experience working within a mining or heavy industry environment. Previous experience managing company inductions from end to end would be highly desirable. High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality is essential for this role.
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills are required. Previous experience in invoicing and basic accounting, along with Damstra and Pegasus Induction Portal experience will be highly regarded.
