Working closely with the Executive Manager, Marketing & Communications, the Brand and Strategy Manager provides strategic direction, collaboration and advice in the development, delivery and evaluation of programs, projects and initiatives across the Marketing and Communications group and VicHealth.
With oversight of brand and strategy within the Marketing & Communications department, a normal working day can include stakeholder and brand management, advising on VicHealth's sponsorship procedures, developing and executing new projects, and ensuring best practice approaches in Marketing & Communications output.
This is a senior level position that would suit someone who can demonstrate in depth experience within Marketing & Communications strategy and direction.

Tenure: Fixed term (Until August 2019), part time (FTE 0.6-0.7)
Classification: VicHealth Grade E
Remuneration: $114,444 ($68,666-$81,111 pro rata) (plus superannuation and other benefits)
Qualifications and experience required:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations
- In depth industry experience including management role/s in Social Marketing, Marketing or Communications
- Significant leadership experience and drive, with proven capability building, mobilising and leading a high performing team of experts towards delivery of strategic outcomes
- Exceptional experience developing stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
- Experience working within the public health, community or government sectors with a strong understanding of health promotion issues preferred.
