What We Do: Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) is Australia's largest national specialist autism provider, delivering services to people within NSW, ACT, Victoria and SA. Aspect provides a range of centre and community based services, focussing on education, early intervention, skills development, community engagement, and self-directed options for people on the autism spectrum.

About the role: As a key member of the IT Team reporting to the Senior Systems Administrator, you will provide first level support to the organisation with a focus on maintaining the Aspect IT Helpdesk. You will also be involved in supporting Aspect staff in the use of technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing 1 st level helpdesk support to Aspect staff in a timely manner
Resolving basic hardware, network and software issues
Provisioning and configuring new equipment.
Creating Active Directory and Exchange Accounts
Complete & maintain daily emails and escalations

Skills, experience & qualifications:
Entry level experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High Level of customer service skills
Experience with IOS and Android devices
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Higher School Certificate (Equivalent or Higher)
Industry Based Certifications desirable (MCP, MCSE, A+, Security+ etc.).
Driver's licence desirable
Some experience supporting users in an enterprise environment desirable
If successful, you will be required to undertake a National Police Check which Aspect will arrange.
