We are now seeking a leasing paralegal to join the McCullough Robertson Real Estate team. Reporting to a Senior Associate, the team handles leasing transactions for landlords and tenants in the commercial, retail, and industrial space across various Australian jurisdictions.
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following;
- taking carriage of matters from receiving initial instructions
- drafting the suite of leasing documents including incentive arrangements and deeds
- obtaining mortgagee's consent and registration
You will also be responsible for drafting extension documentation for lease options, removing expired leases from title. This is a fast paced role with plenty of opportunity to learn and develop.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minumum of 2 years’ experience in a leasing paralegal role, have demonstrated strong organisational skills, time management skills and be passionate in pursuing a career in leasing.
