Your new company
Established for over 70 years, our client is an Australian owned producer of consumer goods with a reputation built of quality and service. Thanks to the continued success of their brand portfolio an opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Brand Manager to join their existing team within the Homecare division of this ASX listed organisation.
Your new role
As Assistant Brand Manager, you will report to the Brand Manager, and be responsible for implementing tactical and brand campaigns across a portfolio of household brand names within the FMCG sector to increase overall product sales. You will work alongside a high performing team who have end to end responsibility for product and brand marketing of existing products, in addition to supporting the growth of new product ranges from conception through to product launch stage and beyond. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the execution of product and brand marketing campaigns aligned with annual business objectives
- Participate in new product development processes from idea generation and feasibility, through to product launch
- Manage below the line advertising campaigns across brand and product promotion
- Research new market sectors
- Work with internal stakeholders across sales and operations to determine brand objectives and strategies
