We are currently seeking a full-time Project Officer – Clinical Operations to join our Victoria State Office in Melbourne CBD, working approximately 38 hours a week, with some flexibility in hours required.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager - Clinical Operations, this position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to be part of the Clinical Services Unit. The Project Officer role is responsible for assisting with the administration of large corporate contracts that provide medical services to various, key clients throughout Australia.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Further expand the network of contractors through active recruitment
- On-boarding administration of contractors
- Maintenance of an extensive contractor database
Liaison between contractors and Sonic HealthPlus
- Assist with contractor compliance and credentialing
- Assist with clinical auditing process
- Create Reports for delivery to the Project Manager

As the successful candidate, you will have experience within a similar role and working environment. You will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with key decision makers within the business. You will have the ability to maintain a positive, flexible and proactive approach to support the business units. As this is a busy role, it is important that you are comfortable working under pressure with the ability to multitask.
- 1-2 Years’ experience in a similar role
Demonstrated experience with internal and external stakeholder engagement
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with people at all levels within the organisation
Experience in data management, analysis and report development
