Based in Macquarie Park, Sydney and reporting to the Vice President (VP), Global Supply Chain- Pacific we have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, agile and results orientated Executive Assistan t to join us on a fixed term contract basis for 13 months. This role supports the VP and his leadership team.
Whilst not wanting to narrow the field, we do believe that the following will be key to your success:
  • The ability to manage the Vice President’s diary and time; checking emails and responding to meeting requests
  • Previous experience in coordinating domestic and international travel and preparing detailed travel itineraries including scheduling meetings and preparing materials for business-related travel
  • Experience in completing a range of adhoc administration duties including maintaining organisational charts and email listings, editing PowerPoint presentations, ordering catering and providing general administrative support
  • The ability to manage all internal and customer meetings, room bookings and providing support to the wider team as required
  • Experience with credit card reconciliation and invoice processing
Being highly organised, you have excellent time management skills and prioritising your workload is a strength. You are calm under pressure and take sudden changes to schedules in your stride.
You have excellent communication skills and a strong team focus; you build relationships easily and enjoy dealing with diverse stakeholders.
