Using their ability to lead with vision, plan strategically and manage commercially, our Regional Executives will shape and grow their region. This is a key leadership role with full accountability for the business strategy & all staff within the South region.
The Regional Executive is ultimately accountable for driving, inspiring and empowering their teams to deliver a great experience for our customers, overall management of their people, their region's financial performance and operational and risk management.

The Key Priorities
- Work closely with the Head of Retail to shape and drive the strategic direction of the South East Metro region
- Lead and provide clear goals & objectives to a high performing & empowered team of Area & Branch Managers
- Drive your team to be the leading financial services provider in your region by identifying new opportunities for growth in their local market
- Continually leverage effective relationships with business partners internally and externally to identify opportunities and achieve business growth
- Develop strategies within your local market that ensure we delight our customers at every touch point
