This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with one of our key Australian clients, offering you the opportunity to build on your existing recruitment and sourcing expertise.
Based in our head office in Melbourne, you will support our Business Partner's to source and deliver quality candidates within the AGL solution. We are looking for a high calibre and experienced Senior Sourcing Consultant to support a portfolio with one of our key Australian clients. The portfolio you will be tasked with is in the corporate and digital space.
This role will see you responsible for talent pipelining and management of talent pools. Using your exceptional recruitment skills, you will source top quality candidates, and create and execute innovative sourcing strategies using multi-channel sourcing tools. This role will give you the opportunity to become involved in forward thinking projects around talent communities and sourcing channels.
Please note this role is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
You'll have exceptional communication and influencing skills, comfortable engaging with Senior level stakeholders. Proven senior level recruitment experience in an internal, RPO or agency environment, ideally with some corporate experience. You will have a flexible and agile working style and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in dealing with a corporate or digital based portfolio will be advantageous, however is not necessary.
Your proactive search skills see you stand out from the pack and you will have had experience utilising professional networking sites such as LinkedIn and other innovative sourcing strategies. Being highly adaptable, you can embrace change and continuously improve processes. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates as well as maintain and build a strong talent pipeline will ensure your success.
