Expressions of Interest are sought for an experienced officer for the temporary position of Finance and Enrolment Officer. Under the direction of the Business Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for a range of financial support duties, including, acting as receiver of official monies and preparation of banking. Provide support and assistance in the financial management and non-academic administration of the school as well as plan, facilitate and coordinate the enrolments process of new students, including coordinating the administrative team in all aspects of student enrolment and records management. This person will be expected to support the Business Manager to plan, direct and coordinate the overall operation of the front office Administrative Support Team, be responsible for the team’s efficiency and become involved in operational work as necessary. Provide high quality customer service when liaising and communicating with all stakeholders. The successful applicant will be proficient in the use of a variety of computer applications, word processing, databases and spreadsheets with the ability to provide advice on and implement effective office work practices.
Eligibility/Other Requirements: Desirable: Working knowledge of the MAZE and SAS management systems, current First Aid certificate or willingness to undertake appropriate training. Prior to commencing in this role the following is required: a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011.
