The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Adobe Melbourne office.

Key Responsibilities;

This role is ideal for a creative, organized, customer experience focused individual who takes pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. They go above and beyond to ensure Adobe Staff enjoy their work environment.
First point of contact for all Melbourne related Facilities issues.
Managing the onsite switchboard
Meet and greet all customers
Timely completion of all invoices and raising POs for Melbourne Booking Couriers
Supporting office events
Monitor administration mailbox and distribute information across the team
Maintaining stock for kitchen and office supplies
Perform other administrative ad-hoc duties as requested by Facilities Team
Key Requirements;
1-2 years’ experience in an administration post
Computer literate
Attention to detail
