The Marketing and External Relations (MER) directorate, under the leadership of the Director of MER, encompasses Communications and Creative Services, Future Students and Advancement, and Digital Experience. MER plays a key role in profiling and positioning ACU as a first choice among its diverse community and stakeholder groups, including potential students, Catholic and corporate partners, donors, alumni and staff.
As Administration Officer you will:
- draft and prepare documentation to a high standard
- process invoices and arrange authorisations for payment by finance
- provide support within the portfolio for HR processes
- act as a point of contact for general enquiries both internally and externally.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- a combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- general administrative skills and experience, including processing accounts for payment
- a sound understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements
- well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.

Total remuneration valued to $71,954- $77,923 pa (pro-rata), including salary component $60,802- $65,846 pa (pro-rata) Higher Education Worker Level 4), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
