Sales Support Officer – NSW / ACT

CSR Bradford is the leading provider of energy efficient products and services in Australia, with over 75 years' experience and a wealth of building science expertise.

Due to internal transfer, an opportunity exists for a passionate and ambitious professional to fill the role of Sales Support Officer reporting directly to the State Manager – NSW / ACT. The primary objective of this role is to enable the NSW / ACT sales team to succeed.

Located in North West Sydney, the successful applicant will be passionate about sales and customer service; have exceptional IT skills; have a solid work record and experience in a sales support environment. This position offers a challenging and rewarding entry into the Sales domain.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain/communicate team call schedules and monthly reports
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements
  • Create reports via SAP/ CRM/ BW
  • Process credits & other transactions in SAP
  • Order promotional gear and marketing pamphlets
  • Complete online forms as required
  • Create rebate / supply agreement documentation

The successful applicant will:

  • Have a strong commitment and passion for Sales & Customer Service
  • Have highly articulate communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be analytical in nature
  • Be a highly competent user of Microsoft office products including CRM
  • Have SAP & BW experience
  • Have a motor vehicle and licence

To be considered for this role you will demonstrate a strong team work ethic and the ability to think outside the square. Your colleagues will describe you as organized and highly articulate. You must excel in time management and have impressive numerical and literacy abilities.

Candidates will be required to successfully complete online aptitude tests, police check, reference checking and a medical (including drug and alcohol screening) before an appointment will be made.
