Account Specialist Nsw South Month Contract Jobs Vacancy in Novartis Pharma Sydney Jobs Details:
Responsibility for developing the maximum sales of Neuroscience or other products as required designated by the Franchise Head through full coverage of all contacts and by becoming a value-added partner to the health care professionals. These will include Prescribing Health Care Professionals, Nurses, hospital and clinical staff, and associated healthcare professionals.
Deliver superior sales presentations to customers by fully planning each call with specific objectives; maintaining a patient focused call; overcoming objections positively; reframing product features into customer benefits and the competent use of relevant literature; maintaining the customer’s interest. Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, company developments, customers, and competitors. This will also include a full and complete knowledge of the product information and relevant clinical papers, and clinical developments within the therapeutic area.
Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all weekly reports, maintenance of territory records, handling of enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally and in accordance with company procedures.
Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team goals. Work closely with Marketing to ensure a high level of execution of marketing strategy. Appraise the activities of assigned associate(s) according to overall sales strategies and provide required support and coaching.
Monitor and evaluate the performance and the efficiency of associates and procedures in collaboration with NSM. Ensure the prompt transmission of relevant information for the healthcare professionals back to either the Marketing or Clinical Research departments.
Ensure the prompt reporting of adverse events to the regulatory department in accordance with company procedures. Be aware of the content and the application of Novartis NP4, Novartis SOP’s and the Medicines Australia’s Code of Conduct regarding representative activity.
2 – 5 years sales experience as a specialist sales representative and should have achieved consistently outstanding performance.
Neuroscience therapeutic area experience will be highly advantageous
