Administrative Officer Jobs Vacancy in Queensland Government Moreton Bay Jobs Details:

Specifically, as an Administrative Officer within the context of the HR Team your role may include (but is not limited to) the following key tasks:

  • Client services via generic mailbox and telephone enquiries
  • Entry of payroll data into The Solution Series (TSS) payroll system
  • Daily audit checking of data entry.
  • Printing and distribution of daily letters and reports and actioning of reports
  • Preparation, update and maintenance of HR documents including Statements of Service, Retirement Certificates, letters, emails and Excel spreadsheets (various), Meritorious sick leave, Compliance reporting and follow up
  • Use of client service database (Service Now) for recording and flow of client enquiries.Recording of documents on the Records Management System (TRIM)
  • Communication and liaison with Regional team members, School Administration teams, Employees, Teacher Applicants, Teacher Applicant Centre and Payroll Services teams.
  • Support for other HR team members in meeting timelines
  • Checking of forms and redirection for action/update
  • Personnel and school filing
